Maple Valley Newborn Photography {14 day old David}

I was a little nervous before baby David came to me for his newborn session, seeing as he was already 14 days new. After the 10-12 day mark, getting a newborn into those tight, sleepy poses can be a little challenging. He proved me very wrong and was absolutely perfect the entire time!! He even gave me little smirks here and there, letting me know he was very happy and comfortable.

I cannot believe it has already been a year since I photographed Zoe's newborn photos. I was lucky to already be down in California from Seattle for the week so that I could create the most perfect cake smash session for her. Although there wasn't much smashing involved, she still looked gorgeous!

I got to fly down for my nephew's big first birthday party. Everything was absolutely perfect for the little future golfer… my sister did an amazing job!!! The "peanut putter" and "club" sandwiches, "wormburner" dirt cups, donut "hole in ones", "water hazard" water bottles, fruit "slices", and the "19th hole" drink station… CREATIVE!!!
