Happy 1/2 Birthday, Malaki! I cannot believe it has already been 6 months since your newborn session. I just love when babies return… LOVE watching them grow!

Malaki was so good his entire shoot. At first he was a little confused about exactly what we were doing (kept his eyes on me the whole time just sitting put), but after a while, he warmed up and I got lots of smiles.

I hope the next 6 months goes a little bit slower.

Beck's 9 Month Session {Maple Valley Baby Photographer}

Baby Beck has grown so much since his 6 month photo session… can't believe how fast the past 3 months went! Since his first Easter is approaching, his mommy and I decided to torture him with the cutest little bunny photos. Beck was so cooperative and adorable the entire shoot. I can't wait for his 12 month smash and splash session!!

Maple Valley Newborn Photographer {Baby Ariana}

After a long season of newborn boys, Ariana came to the studio last week… my first newborn girl of 2014!!! Ariana was absolutely gorgeous and I just LOVED all of her hair.

Newborn sessions can get a little rough sometimes, especially when a baby wants nothing to do with any of it, and that is why these sessions can get lengthy. Ariana made me really work during her session, and although she didn't sleep like we needed her to, we got beautiful shots. Her parents were troopers and we all had a great time! Maple Valley Newborn Photographer {Baby Carson}

9 day new baby Carson came to my home studio and began the session with his adorable big brother Colton. Colton has a love for trains and he definitely showed that when it was his time to leave, so mom and I could focus on getting little brother sleepy and posed. Working with a newborn and 2 1/2 year old can be very unpredictable, but we worked with it and I am happy we got the 2 of them together in one frame!!

Carson was just perfect the entire shoot… and not to mention, clean and dry!! I just love when that happens. Here are some of my favorites…
