9 day new Sawyer made quite a quick entrance into this world and I was so excited to take his newborn photos, as he was booked with me for quite some time!! For all but 10 minutes, this little guy slept so peacefully and just let me do my thing. I love it when that happens. I have been getting very lucky with these little babes lately… keep it coming!!

Big sister Scarlett came at the end of the session for some sibling and family shots. She was so full of life and kept everyone smiling. What a great big sister she will be!! 

The entire family was just stunning and I think we captured some great moments. I couldn't narrow down my favorites more then this, so enjoy!!!

6 Month Old Deason | Seattle Baby Photographer | Maple Valley, WA

I just love getting to see this guy every few months for photo shoots. Him and his beautiful mommy are just a joy to work with. I cannot believe it has been 3 months since his 3 month session and 6 months since his newborn session! It is going by way too fast.

Well, little Deason is half a year old and we had a great mini milestone session here at my home studio in Maple Valley, WA. Mom was in for a big surprise because Deason sat unassisted for real for the first time in front of the camera!!! I am so happy I got to capture that moment. 

Looking forward to many more sessions with this little guy. Happy 6 months, Deason!!

Henry's 2 Year Session | Seattle Child Photographer | Maple Valley, WA

I met Henry just a couple weeks ago during his little brother's newborn session. He came to my home studio here in Maple Valley last week for his big 2 year shoot!!! I know first hand how impossible it can appear to get just a single shot of a toddler around this age, but we just worked with what he wanted to do. Henry made me laugh, pulling many different props in to sit on, but hey, at least he sat and gave us some smiles!! 

Baby Ethan | Seattle Newborn Photographer | Maple Valley, WA

Boy oh boy, did I hit the jackpot with this little guy! He was THE BEST newborn I have photographed to date. I feel very spoiled. Little Ethan didn't mind sleeping the entire time and nothing in the world could disturb him. The few moments he was awake was all too precious and just as still as can be. I absolutely adored everything about this shoot. Thank you, Ethan!!

Mom and dad were just gorgeous and I am so pleased with the family shots we got. Even with furry, big sister Lucy, we got perfect photos. I am so happy how the new year is coming along for me. It really gets me excited for all the babies due soon. I really want to focus and continue to grow with each shoot.
