Welcome 10 day new, baby Greyson!!! 

A big "thank you" to his gorgeous mommy for being so understanding and accommodating me in one of my most stressful times. Who would have thought my entire family would come down with the stomach flu at the same time ON moving day! That, in turn, delayed so much and I feel so lucky to have such amazing clients who know mommy hood comes first. 

We ended up getting Greyson in for a mini newborn shoot. I don't do these much, as I hate to restrict time on these little unpredictable babes, but Greyson was a rockstar! I think we got in a full session on our limited time together. I am sad we didn't get the whole family photographed, but I am looking forward to future sessions with them.

Baby Adaira | Seattle Newborn Photographer | Maple Valley, WA

It is so amazing to think that I have now lived in Washington long enough to photograph 2 newborn sessions for a family. Time goes by super fast!!! My very first newborn session here in the great northwest was baby Isla. And almost 2 years later, I had the honor of photographing her 8 day new sister, baby Adaira. Besides having the cutest names, these 2 (along with big brother Wellington) were adorable when they came in for a newborn session with their lovely parents.

Although big sister Isla wasn't too fond of taking pictures, we tried our best and got amazing shots! I just love this little family and I can't wait for more future newborn sessions that may come with them ;). 

Malaki's 18 Month Session | Seattle Child Photographer | Lakewood, WA

I was so excited to go back to shoot at Ft. Steilacoom with all the fields of tall grass, but much to my disappointment, they just mowed it ALL!! If someone out there knows their mowing schedule, I would love for you to get in touch with me to get me informed. Thanks!!!

Anyway, we still had a great scenery for Malaki's 18 month session. I have photographed him a handful of times since he was just 8 days old. And, now, that gets to continue because he is going to be a big brother!!! Mom and dad just found out they are having another boy, so we attempted some announcement photos. 

Mr. Malaki was not a fan of anything this day. I think he fears me more and more with each session. We struggled quite a bit, but managed to get some smiles in between the tears. Mom and dad were troopers like always!!

Liam's 9 Month | Seattle Baby Photographer | Maple Valley, WA

9 month old Liam came to my home studio here in Maple Valley, WA for a mini-mini session. Mom wanted some indoors, some outdoors with big brother, so we decided to split up his milestone mini session. This was the first time working with Liam, but I just wanted to squeeze him the moment I met him! So full of chunk, which I adore!! He rocked his very quick session. Can't wait to see him again next month.
